Vector opens charger for Drive Electric week
Vector is installing a standard charger at the Museum of Transport and Technology on Sunday as part of its participation in National Drive Electric Week.
The week, which kicked off on Saturday September 10, saw a convoy of 40 people and 20 electric vehicles (EVs) and plug-in EVs descend on Puhoi.

EVs travelled via Silverdale and Orewa to maximise their exposure, with many stopping for a quick boost at Vector’s Silverdale rapid chargers on their return journey.

Also forming an integral part of the week are approximately 50 scheduled events around the country to heighten awareness of all-electric and plug-in hybrid-electric cars, trucks and motorcycles as well as EV growth and plug-in charger availability.
