BYD has reportedly ordered 10 more 9,200-car carriers, taking its fleet to 18 ships, and BYD NZ expects the brand's own vessels to begin delivering here from late 2027 or early 2028.

Ford NZ has priced the JMC-built Transit City electric van at $58,990 plus on-road costs, with a 56kWh LFP battery, up to 254km WLTP range and January 2027 deliveries.
