EV webinar April 6

Potential EV buyers are welcome to learn more about them at a “Charged Up” webinar on April 6, 7pm-8pm.

It’s designed to tell people everything they need to know about EVs, so that they are ready to make one their next vehicle.

The webinar, hosted by ChargeNet along with the Better NZ Trust-Leading the Charge and Kiwi EV Adventures, covers environmental and consumer benefits, battery information, charging at home and on the road, government incentives, the total cost of ownership, and will also take questions.

Topics include the benefits of transitioning to EVs, the EV charging ecosystem, EV myths and misconceptions, saving emissions and money, the range of EV models available in New Zealand, and the cost of buying and running an EV.

Speakers include Better NZ Trust chair Kathryn Trounson and ChargeNet communications manager Bailey Gorst.

Thanks to rising fuel prices and increasing climate change awareness, EVs are a hot topic in New Zealand.
