EV users gather at ACEV May 25
Scores of EV owners are expected to attend a gathering at Auckland City Electric Vehicles (ACEV) on Wednesday May 25, 6pm-7.30pm.
The event is organised by the Better NZ Trust which adds it’s been a while since the hospitality of local dealers could be accepted.
“This is the first of what we hope will be many interesting locations to meet old, new and potential EV owners to talk about all things related to owning or purchasing an EV,” trust treasurer Sean Dick says in a social media post.
“Come along and meet people who have owned an EV for a while. Check out the secondhand cars for sale at ACEV (if there are any left).”
Dick says a variety of EVs can be seen and EV owners to talk with.
Hadley Hargadon from ACEV will provide an update and Mark Buckingham gives a short talk on towbars.
ACEV is at 83 Barry’s Point Rd, North Shore.
