New Kona EV coming

A fully electric new generation Hyundai Kona is expected in New Zealand at the end of the first quarter of 2024.

The new Kona range is now available at New Zealand dealerships with both petrol engines and hybrid powertrains in six variants.

Hyundai ambassador and rally driver Hayden Paddon is the new face of the brand’s advertising campaign extolling the new car’s virtues.

More than 2700 Kona Electric models have been sold since it was launched in 2018.
