Ford Capri EV likely

Ford has teased the upcoming launch of a new EV for Europe, touted by some media as a Capri EV.

That’s the view of Ford Authority which believes the new EV will be a reborn Capri, closely following the European launch of Ford’s Explorer EV.

The “Capri EV” is expected to go on sale in Europe later this year with deliveries likely to start in 2025.

A Ford New Zealand spokesperson says it has no plans at this point to bring the “Capri EV” to New Zealand.
