ITSWC 2024 review and networking planned
Aurecon Auckland and Aurecon Wellington simultaneously host the intelligent transport system (ITS) networking night, hear from attendees at the ITS World Congress in Dubai in September and learn about ITS New Zealand’s plans for 2025.
The events are on Thursday November 14, 5pm-7pm.
“Presentations will cover some of the new technologies and tech-enabled solutions being deployed around the world, what is ‘hot’ right now, what are the key areas of focus driving innovation, and what can New Zealand learn from international experiences and examples,” says ITSNZ.
It says presentations will be live streamed in each location, followed by end of year networking for the sector.
Speakers include ITSNZ’s Armin Guttke, outgoing ITSNZ chair Mike Rudge who joined the NZ Transport Agency board on November 1 for three years and will be at the Wellington event, University of Auckland Transportation Research Centre’s Doug Wilson, Sean Lewis of Green Signal Ltd, and Romany Sharobim from The Transport Network.
