Tritium charges forward under new owner Exicom

Tritium says it is poised to build on innovation and advanced technology in the EV charging industry under Exicom’s acquisition.

“New products and services, stable management and a stronger commitment to our customers is just the start of how Tritium is working harder than ever to solve problems and create opportunities for our clients, suppliers and a growing industry at large.”

Manufacturing is back with order intake increasing weekly, and on average products are available for collection (or delivery) within four weeks from an accepted purchase order, says the company.

Service operations are online with parts available, says Tritium.

“We are working tirelessly to close any legacy cases or orders,” it says.

“We are completing the establishment of minimum stock levels in all regions.”

Tritium has welcomed Ernie Harmon as its new Service Operations for the Americas head.

“Active recruitment is in progress for additional field service technicians across every region,” says Tritium which has released its new Support Service packages.

On RT-50 upgrade options, Tritium says;”As we continue to focus our attention on providing support to first-generation DCFC products, we have launched Tritium Revamp to allow customers to upgrade their existing RT-50 products to our latest RTM product range.”

Regarding firmware updates, Tritium says its CSB 24.2.1 is available and introduces running cost display support and improved modem performance for the RTM/PKM models along with NACS charging cable support (North America only).
