Mini Countryman Untamed Edition lifts the electric SE ALL4
The Mini Countryman Untamed Edition adds a 15mm lift, all-terrain tyres and rugged styling. In Europe the lift is reserved for the electric SE ALL4.
Mini has added an Untamed Edition to the Countryman range, with a raised ride height, all-terrain tyres and tougher styling. In Europe, the suspension lift is only offered on the electric Countryman SE ALL4.
Production starts at BMW’s Leipzig plant in November 2026, ahead of an international launch in early 2027. New Zealand availability has not been confirmed.

The suspension is raised by 15mm. Combined with Pirelli Scorpion All Terrain Plus tyres developed for the car, Mini says ground clearance increases by up to 19mm, with improved approach and breakover angles. The steering, anti-lock brakes and stability control have been recalibrated to suit the revised suspension and tyres.
Specification differs by market. In North America, both petrol and electric Untamed models get the lift, and the all-terrain tyres are standard. In Europe, the lift is limited to the SE ALL4 and the all-terrain tyres are optional.

The styling changes apply across more powertrains. Every Untamed gets 19-inch alloy wheels with a five-spoke design that Mini says is inspired by the steel wheels on working four-wheel drives.

There is a revised grille with vertical elements and Dark Steel detailing, new side sills, underbody protection and a reshaped rear diffuser. Textured matt-black protective film covers areas around the wheel arches, sills and bonnet to guard against stone chips. A blue mountain-themed Untamed badge sits on the C-pillar and is repeated inside.

Inside are Nightshade Blue sports seats, knitted trim on the dashboard and doors, and darker metallic accents. The centre console storage compartment has elastic retaining straps, and rubber floor and boot mats are fitted.

New colours include Hideaway Grey and Nomad Blue. Frozen Nomad Blue follows as Mini’s first factory matt paint, with a white or black roof.
Accessories include a roof tent developed with Italian company Autohome, plus folding chairs and camping tables made with Helinox. Mini quotes a stationary roof load of up to 300kg.
