Industry readies itself for intelligent transport

Change is coming to the wider transport industry, with electric vehicles, autonomous transport and Mobility as a Service just some of the new technology being developed.

ITS New Zealand, which industry organisation VIA is a member of, is hosting a series of workshops around the country to help educate people about coming changes.

International expert Richard Harris will host the workshops in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.

The Christchurch event takes place on September 13 from 2pm-4pm at , Christchurch City Council.

The Wellington event is on September 14 from noon-2pm at The Zone, Area Events, O’Reilly Ave and the Auckland event is on from noon-2pm on September 15 at Beca Auditorium Pitt St.
