Tesla Truck teaser for November 16 launch

Tesla’s invitation to its Tesla Truck reveal on November 16 features a new teaser image of the electric truck.

The launch has been delayed a month as Tesla chief executive officer Elon Musk concentrated on Model 3 production, and batteries to help Puerto Rico recover from power issues after being hit by hurricanes, electrek reports.

The November invitation features a truck teaser image, Tesla now calling it the ‘Tesla Truck’ instead of the‘Tesla Semi’ as it did previously.

A prototype was seen last month, and a video of Tesla’s truck testing followed.

Little has yet been revealed about the truck.

Some other automakers like Cummins, Daimler and Volkswagen have announced electric truck plans ahead of Tesla’s prototype unveiling.

The Tesla Truck is expected to go into full production within two years.
