EVs attracting attention at Big Boys Toys
Electric vehicles are grabbing attention at the Big Boys Toys show, on at Auckland’s ASB Showgrounds until November 12, 10am-6pm.
Tesla has an exhibition, along with The Better NZ Trust’s Leading the Charge display and drives with any interested visitors of six different EVs, Manta 5 has its hydrofoil bike and there’s a huge array of road electric bikes.
Five halls are packed with the latest and greatest in products and services, event director Dean Wilson says.
The Niu moped arrives this month.
This year’s 2017 super car is the LaFerrari Aperta, one of only 200 in the world.
The Milwaukee Action Arena has an action-packed extreme sports show each day.
More than 35,000 people are expected at Big Boys Toys by the time it ends on Sunday.
