Rental car company Avis bought about 280 Tesla Model S and Model X vehicles, ensuring Norway remains Tesla’s biggest market in Europe.
The Netherlands came close in 2018, Tesla delivering 8614 cars in Norway and 8585 vehicles in the Netherlands.
Avis made the difference for Norway, news agency Gjengangeren reporting the rental company took delivery of the Tesla vehicles in Skoppum, south of Oslo.
