Self-schedule service for Tesla owners

Tesla has officially launched a self-schedule service in Australia and New Zealand for its owners.

They can arrange a service appointment through their Tesla Account via Tesla.com without having to call or email by simply logging in and selecting their preferred date and location.

The introduction of self-schedule service is part of Tesla’s ongoing commitment to providing the highest quality of service.

Tesla also offers mobile servicing, which allows Tesla to make vehicle repairs at an owner’s home or office. Remote service functions can be provided through over-the-air software updates, and there’s automatic check-in and the ability to pre-diagnose repairs and order parts before the vehicle arrives at a service centre.

“These features help us to provide a seamless service experience so that our owners are on the road and out of the shop as quickly as possible,” a Tesla spokesperson says.
