Lexus BEV launches at Tokyo show
Lexus will premiere its battery electric vehicle (BEV) concept at the 46th Tokyo Motor Show from October 23 to November 4.
No other details or full photos are provided about the concept.
The luxury division of Japanese automaker Toyota, Lexus says it will leverage continued advances in technologies such as electrification and autonomous driving.
It plans to have every model come with an electrified option by 2025 – including hybrids, BEVs and fuel cell EVs.
The Lexus brand is sold in more than 70 countries and areas and is among Japan’s 10th largest global brands for market value.
The Tokyo Motor Show is at the Tokyo Big Sight International Exhibition Centre, with press days on October 23 and 24, open to the public from October 25.
