Electric Mustang Mach-E unveiled November 18
The all-electric new Ford SUV Mustang Mach-E will be revealed in Los Angeles on Monday November 18 at 1pm Australian Eastern Standard Time and 3pm New Zealand daylight saving time.
Ford will then open the order books for customers in North America and Europe immediately following the reveal.
Details for New Zealand and Australia, including arrival, specs, pricing and reservations, have yet to be confirmed.
The LA announcement will be streamed on YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and Autohome (China).
Actor Idris Elba will help introduce the latest addition to the Mustang family.
Customers can reserve their spot in line for the Mustang Mach-E by making a US$500 refundable reservation deposit, especially for a limited First Edition, details of which will be announced at the event.
Customers who reserve a vehicle will be able to finalise their configuration next year when the ordering window opens.
Reservation timing for China will be announced later.
Ford is also opening up access to America’s largest EV charging network through FordPass.
Customers will be able to access more than 12,000 places to recharge with 35,000 plugs and more to come.
