Suzuki motorcycles going electric in India

Suzuki is working on an electric motorcycle or scooter for India.

It’s expected the electric two-wheeler will be available in 2021 and may be offered globally.

Electrek believes it is likely to be an electric scooter,

However, Autocar India says it talked to Suzuki Motorcycle India representatives at Auto Expo 2020 and says the Japanese manufacturer is working on an EV platform in India but won’t say whether it’s a motorcycle for scooter.
