Giltrap Group dealerships remain open

Major New Zealand automotive retailer and distributor Giltrap Group says its dealerships remain open during the Covid-19 crisis.

But it’s increasing cleaning and other hygiene measures and has instituted “an adapted customer experience model” to protect customers and staff.

The group says it’s following Ministry of Health guidelines as the pandemic unfolds, and is taking “all possible actions” to help reduce the virus’ impact.

“During this challenging time, we’ll be reducing our staff to rostered days to ensure we practise the required social distancing,” it says in a statement.
