Tesla Cybertruck production model driven by Elon Musk

Tesla chief executive Elon Musk reckons its Cybertruck is the brand’s best product after driving a “production candidate” model.

Elon Musk was back in the driving seat of a Tesla Cybertruck – but not a beta prototype like the last time he drove it, InsideEVs reports.

Musk shared a photo on X (formerly Twitter) of himself behind the wheel.

“Just drove the production candidate Cybertruck at Tesla Giga Texas!” Musk tweeted, adding in response to a comment that he thinks it’s Tesla’s best product ever.

Nearly two million orders have reportedly been received for the electric ute, with a “delivery event” expected in September 2023, details of which are likely to be announced soon.

Cybertruck testing has been reported in many media, including EVs and Beyond.
