Following the launch of the BMW i5 M60 xDrive sedan in 2023, BMW Group New Zealand has confirmed the first-ever fully electric BMW i5 M60 xDrive Touring will be available for customer deliveries in the third quarter of 2024.
The i5 M60 xDrive Touring is powered by a dual-motor electric powertrain developing 442kW and 800Nm, achieving the zero to 100km/h sprint in 3.9 seconds.

When this new model arrives, the company will offer 15 variants across seven fully electric models in its product portfolio, which is the most of any manufacturer represented in the country.
Pricing will be announced in the lead-up to the market launch in the third quarter of 2024.
