ChargeNet opens new ultra-fast EV charging site in Howick

ChargeNet NZ has expanded its Auckland footprint with the opening of a new ultra-fast charging site in Howick.

The site, located at New World, 77 Union Road, features two 150kW hyperchargers and four charging bays, aimed at improving access to fast, reliable charging for EV drivers in east Auckland.

ChargeNet says the new installation will support growing EV uptake in the area by providing high-speed charging infrastructure in a convenient location.

The project was delivered in partnership with Foodstuffs North Island.

The company says the addition strengthens its network across Auckland, with a focus on ensuring drivers have access to dependable charging where and when they need it.
