Honda previews global EV range

Honda revealed two futuristic concept cars at CES 2024 in Las Vegas that preview its new global EV lineup.

Honda chief executive Toshihiro Mibe says a production model similar to the Saloon concept will go to the US first then around the world in 2026, InsideEVs reports, saying the Saloon is striking and evokes wedge-shaped cars of the 1970s and 1980s.

It also features a new Honda logo.

Honda also revealed a concept van called the Space Hub but hasn’t said when a production vehicle like it will hit the market.

Meanwhile, the Saloon concept inspired car will launch Honda’s new EV family called Honda 0 which includes new technology allowing faster charging and improved efficiency.
