Jaguar Land Rover is making big moves in the electric vehicle market.
The company’s chief executive Ralf Speth told the audience at the Los Angeles Auto Show that his company wants to make about half of its models either hybrid, plug-in hybrid, or battery-electric by 2020, autoblog.com reports.

Speth made the announcement as he was showing off Jaguar’s five-seat I-Pace – the company’s first production electric vehicle which goes on sale in 2018.
Pricing for the I-Pace is yet to be announced.
Late last year Jaguar also promised it would enter a team in the FIA Formula E electric-vehicle open-wheel racing circuit.
