LETF Round 16 applications open

Round 16 of the government’s Low Emission Transport Fund (LETF) is open for applications.

It’s administered by the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority (EECA) which says Round 16 has a focus on vehicles, technology, off-road, and marine projects for the up to $4 million available.

LETF Round 16 applications close at noon on March 24, 2025.

“We’re looking for proposals that demonstrate a range of innovative low-emission technologies and business models in on-road vehicle, off-road vehicle, and marine vessel categories,” says EECA.

“Proposals must be new, scalable, and replicable – check out previously co-funded LETF projects.

“Projects must be a minimum of $50,000 in total core project costs to qualify.”
