Renault reindeers power up for Christmas at Eden

Renault reindeers are helping Santa’s team get festive at the Eden Project – a United Kingdom-based environmental tourist attraction.world,

The six, all-electric Twizy cars have antlers, reindeer fur and fluffy brown noses.

Staff use the vehicles across their Cornwall-based site, which are set up near where Santa and his elves meet visitors and prepare for the big day.

Rita Broe, Eden’s marketing director says the Twizys are extremely popular.

“Each Twizy is assigned to one of our elves and their number plates bear those names. It all adds to a fantastic festive programme at Eden.”

Ben Fletcher, Renault Z.E. Manager, Groupe Renault UK, says the company is proud of its association with the Eden Project.

Eden has a total of 18 Renault EVs and they are part of the educational charity’s mission to communicate the benefits of living more sustainably. Eden uses the Renault ZOE and Kangoo Van Z.E. as well as the Twizy.
