T-Tech 2025

“Positive impact through smarter transport” is the theme of the T-Tech 2025 Transport Technology conference and exhibition at the University of Auckland on July 9 and 10.

Early bird tickets are on sale starting from $965 plus GST with discounts for members, more than 50 speakers (who can also gain awards), students and sponsors, says T-Tech organiser Simon McManus, executive at Intelligent Transportation Systems New Zealand (ITSNZ).

April 4 is the final date for “abstract submissions” (a 200-word submission for an intended presentation or a poster) for “New Zealand’s premier annual transport technology conference”.

ITSNZ says T-Tech gets bigger each year, bringing together leaders, innovators, experts and researchers to connect and learn about innovative, tech-enabled solutions for transport and mobility.

Growing 15% annually, the goal is to attract about 200 attendees this year.

The range of topics includes Electric and Connected Vehicles, Shared and Public Transport,andData, AI and Cybersecurity.

Transport pricing will be a hot topic this year covering road user charging (RUC), time in use and tolling.

“Technology is evolving rapidly, unlocking opportunities in transport and mobility, improving outcomes today and generating data insights to design better into the future,” says ITSNZ.

“Globally technology is rapidly evolving and is unlocking opportunities, improving outcomes today and generating data insights with which to better design and manage our transport networks into the future”, says McManus.

“T-Tech is the place to learn from local and international experts, explore emerging solutions and connect with those leading the development and deployment of ITS and future transport technologies.”
