Tesla confirms updated Model Y NZ pricing

Tesla has confirmed local pricing for its updated Model Y, with deliveries in New Zealand due to start in June 2025.

The new general production range includes two variants – the Rear-Wheel Drive (RWD) version starting at $67,900 ($70,145 driveway)  with an estimated 466km WLTP range, accelerates from zero to 100km/h in 5.9 seconds, and reaches a 200km/h top speed, and the Long Range All-Wheel Drive (AWD) priced from $77,900 ($80,145 driveway) which extends range to about 550km, cuts the zero to 100km/h time to 4.3 seconds, and shares the same top speed.

Orders are open at Tesla’s New Zealand website.
