Volkswagen New Zealand confirms electric line-up arrival for 2023

Volkswagen New Zealand has confirmed four members of its all electric ID family will arrive in the market in 2023 as part of the brand’s roadmap to carbon neutrality.

The line-up will include the ID.4, ID.5 and ID. Buzz and ID. Buzz Cargo.

The recent launch of the Multivan 7‑seat people mover will be followed closely by the addition of the plug-in hybrid Golf, Tiguan, Touareg R, and Passat Alltrack also scheduled to arrive in the country in 2023.

Volkswagen’s ‘Way To Zero’ is the company’s commitment to become net carbon-neutral by 2050, and fulfil targets set by the Paris Agreement and the EU’s European Green Deal.
