Tesla offered with home purchase
A West Auckland real estate agent is offering a Tesla to go with the purchase of a $1 million home in “Block 3” at Anson Westgate.
The EV is offered for the first eight sales through Scott Gordon of Wallace and Stratton.
Terms and conditions apply, including the sale at the asking price, the $1m price applying to lots 2-10 with lot 1 priced at $1.03m due to its larger land size, and the developer, 3032 Westgate Development LP, reserving the right to stop or extend the promotion at any time.
Further terms and conditions are supplied on request.
The promotion adds that with the Tesla the purchaser can apply for an $8625 EV rebate (Clean Car Discount) from the Government.
“If you are not interested in owning the Tesla, the price of the Tesla will be deducted from the $1 million home price,” it explains.
The three-bedroom homes at Westgate Drive include a 10-year Stamford Building Warranty, with the area zoned for Royal Road School, St Paul’s School, and Massey High School, and are close to shops.
Block 3 is expected to be completed by end of Q1 this year, the homes including EV charging (Tesla Wall Connector provided and installed free), Bosch appliances, a “generous” deck or balcony, freehold title with no body corp fees, video intercom and security lighting.
A show home is available for viewing on Saturday and Sunday from noon-1pm or by private appointment.
