BYD celebrates first birthday in NZ

BYD Auto New Zealand commemorated its first birthday on August 1, celebrating a year since the first BYD Atto 3 was delivered.

“We couldn’t have been more proud of the community and brand we’ve built in such a small amount of time,” says BYD New Zealand country manager Warren Willmot in a social media post.

He says that by the end of this year BYD will have added the Dolphin and Seal to its model range.

“To our first brave early customers, thank you so much for your confidence in the BYD Atto 3 and for choosing BYD,” adds Willmot.

“We look forward to many more firsts and to bringing more electrified options to suit all Kiwis.”
