Polestar has taken first place in the 2025 Mille Miglia Green with its Polestar 4 SUV coupé, driven by Italian team Mirco Magni and Federico Giavardi.

Held in Italy, the Mille Miglia Green runs alongside the historic Mille Miglia rally and is open to vehicles powered by alternative fuels. This year’s win marks the second consecutive victory for Polestar at the event, following its 2024 debut win with the Polestar 2 Long range Single motor.

In 2025, Polestar entered its full model line-up — the Polestar 2, Polestar 3 and Polestar 4 — each featuring custom racing liveries under the “Collezione Mille” theme. The designs incorporated the numbers 2, 3 and 4, displayed in the colours of the Italian flag.

The winning vehicle, a Polestar 4 Long range Single motor, is equipped with a 100 kWh battery and offers a range of up to 620 km (WLTP). It supports charging rates of up to 200 kW and was fitted with Michelin Pilot Sport EV tyres, co-developed with Polestar’s chassis engineering team to enhance handling and efficiency.

Polestar CEO Michael Lohscheller congratulated the Italian team for their performance.

“The Mille Miglia is a race that always leaves an impression, whether you’re in a historic vehicle or something built for the future,” Mirco Magni said.

The Polestar 3 and Polestar 2 also achieved top ten finishes, placing fifth and sixth respectively.
