And AA Auto Centres will be open by appointment only from next Tuesday, April 28, when New Zealand moves to Alert Level 3.
They’ll offer vehicle servicing, mechanical repairs, WoF inspections, WoF repairs, batteries, and vehicle inspections which can all be booked online.
However the AA says that to prevent interaction between people, waiting areas and public bathrooms will be closed.
Reception areas will only open for contactless drop off and pick up.
AA Mobile Vehicle Inspections and AA Vehicle Appraisals will be operating contactless by appointment only.
AA Roadservice is available and can now provide roadside assistance for work and essential travel purposes, including towing, battery replacements, lock-outs, mechanical breakdowns and repairs.
AA Auto Glass is available for vehicle windscreen repairs, replacements and calibration.
Though the AA Driving School is closed during Alert Level 3, the AA is taking expressions of interest from members for when it restarts.
