All-Energy Australia 2020 cancelled

The COVID-19 situation in Victoria has prompted the cancellation of the All-Energy Australia exhibition and conference planned for October 21 and 22 in the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.

“After closely monitoring the rapidly escalating COVID situation and in consultation with our partners, the Clean Energy Council, we have made the decision to cancel the upcoming edition of All-Energy Australia 2020,” organisers say.

“We are in unprecedented times and continue to witness first-hand the challenging impact of COVID-19 on all industries, both professionally and personally. Prior to the recent escalation of COVID-19, we were optimistic that All-Energy Australia would run safely and successfully in October this year, however we have now concluded that the best option is to cancel the 2020 edition.”

The All-Energy Australia team says it appreciates this is disappointing news, “but we have made this decision with everyone’s health and safety as our number one priority”.

The team says it will now look ahead to the 2021 edition.

“Whilst we are disappointed that we are unable to meet face-to-face in Melbourne this October, we remain committed to keeping the renewable energy industry, our customers, partners and attendees connected in the coming months.”

All-Energy Australia is Australia’s largest clean energy event for anyone with an interest in renewable, sustainable or clean energy, including low and zero emission transport.

It features carbon mitigation solutions for traditional energy sources including carbon capture and sequestration, energy efficiency improvements, and areas of the renewable energy industry such as wind (onshore and offshore), wave, tidal, hydro, hydrogen and fuel cells, solar and biofuels.
