Audi SQ8 e-tron Sportback here January

Audi’s SQ8 e-tron Sportback is landing in New Zealand in January 2024, but Audi New Zealand confirms it won’t offer the SQ8 e-tron SUV here – unlike Australia.

The Audi New Zealand website invites people to register their interest and outlines pricing ($207,990 maximum retail price) and specifications.

It features a 106kWh capacity battery, delivers up to 438km range (WLTP), has three electric motors, a 210km/h top speed and can accelerate from zero to 100km/h in 4.5 seconds.

The Audi SQ8 e-tron provides up to 370kW power and 973Nm torque.

A wide range of driver assistance and safety measures are offered.

Australia expects to get the Sportback and the SUV versions in about April to June next year, says Drive.com.au, which includes details.
