Citroen will debut its plug-in hybrid C5 Aircross SUV at the Paris Motor Show.
This concept foreshadows the rechargeable hybrid version of the new C5 Aircross SUV.
It’s Citroen’s first PHEV model in the core model strategy which will lead to 80% of the range having an electric option by 2023 and 100% by 2025, the car-maker says.

The plug-in hybrid is reported to have a 50km electric range and is likely to be launched at the end of 2019.
Other PSA Group models on the same EMP2 architecture with plug-in hybrid versions starting in 2019 include the Peugeot 5008, DS 7 Crossback and Opel Grandland X.
Citroen is also celebrating its centennial in 2019.
The Paris Motor Show is from October 4 to 14.
