EVs and electric aircraft at Christchurch Transport Innovators event

Electric aircraft are on the agenda at the first Young Transport Professionals transport innovators panel and networking session held in Christchurch on November 26.

The event organised through Intelligent Transport Systems NZ (ITSNZ) at Aurecon in Cambridge Terrace from 5pm-7pm will also be livestreamed.

Transport Innovators and innovation enablers share their vision, stories, and outlook for the future of transport.

The keynote speaker is business attraction manager at ChristchurchNZ for the Aerospace and Future Transport Supernode Liz Eden.

Panellists include Gary Freedman who recently launched his ElectricAir, green satellite propulsion company Dawn Aerospace founder and chief technology officer Stefan Powell, and EV technology and smartgrid company Greenstage business development manager Stephen Morgan.

Presentations begin at 5.30pm.
