Kiwi e-racing bros holed up for Covid-19
Electric racing brothers Mitch and Simon Evans are in Covid-19 lockdown on opposite sides of the world.
Mitch (Formula E Panasonic Jaguar Racing) is in self-isolation on Formula E Porsche driver Andre Lotterer’s property in France. He’s been there for the past one-and-a-half weeks after the ABB FIA Formula E current electric racing series was suspended for two months.
Meanwhile, Simon (Jaguar I-Pace eTrophy support race series, Team Asia New Zealand driver) is in lockdown in Auckland where he lives.

The Rome ePrix was to have been held on Saturday April 4 but has been postponed
and racing is not expected to resume until May at the earliest.
The brothers are likely to catch up again in Berlin around June 21.
Supported by the Giltrap Group where he works, Simon usually returns home between races except if they are close together in Europe.
He’s helping fill in his lockdown time here with PlayStation games – which may include racing.
