Miles Toyota installs 171 solar panels

Christchurch’s Miles Toyota has installed 171 rooftop solar panels.

The total 70kW of solar panels help power all aspects of the business, including vehicle sales, parts, service and administration.

The company is also involved in other sustainability projects, including moving its service loans fleet to hybrids, and aims to reduce reliance on traditional energy sources further.

It has five years of Toitu Enviromark Diamond Certification and is involved in various environmental programmes.
