Queenstown Central EV charging hub opens

Three 150kW ChargeNet chargers capable of powering up to six EVs simultaneously have opened in the Queenstown Central Shopping Centre.

The new hub is powered in partnership with Queenstown Central and co-funded by the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority (EECA) Low Emission Transport Fund (LETF).

Queenstown Central suggests EV drivers charge up while exploring the shops, cafes, Kmart NZ, and other businesses it has to offer.
