Tomahawk all-electric supercar set for 2018 production

Québec-based startup Dubuc Motors has been trying to bring to market its all-electric supercar, the Tomahawk, for the past few years.

This week, it finally announced its plans for production in 2018, Electrek reports.

Last year, Dubuc Motors launched a crowdfunding campaign to raise $25 million to build the Tomahawk and now says that it has attracted “hundreds of investors”.

“We are pushing the envelope in terms of what is possible in the automotive industry to create a wow experience for our customers every time they get behind the wheel,” Co-founder Mike Kakogiannakis.
