Video: Cybertruck likened to ‘stainless-steel refrigerator’

The Tesla Cybertruck’s production might be delayed until early 2023 but that hasn’t stopped a sneak peak video being produced of the concept/prototype’s exterior.

The Cybertruck Owners Club posted the “leaked” YouTube video providing an up-close look at the “concept”.

“It looks like a stainless-steel refrigerator,” is among video commentary captions which also include remarks on the single big windshield wiper (not expected in the production version) and the lack of door handles. The doors are presumed to open using an app or something the owner has that automatically opens the doors on approach.

The video is alleged to have come from people at the Texas Gigafactory where the Cybertruck is expected to be built.

Media report an update on the Cybertruck programme is likely to come at a Tesla earnings event this week.
