Tesla NZ suspends new vehicle collections

Tesla has advised its New Zealand customers that new vehicle collections will be suspended during the Level 4 lockdown.

The manufacturer sent a message to customers that it is suspending vehicle collections till such a time that the alert level changes and it can once again move vehicles in and around Auckland.

Tesla says it will be in touch with customers at a later date to confirm a new collection appointment and it will work with local carriers to ensure minimal disruption.

Tesla advisors will be available on email during the Level 4 lockdown and will provide additional support where possible says the manufacturer.
