Electric Hispano Suiza Carmen stars at Salón Privé

Electric hypercar the Hispano Suiza Carmen is at Salón Privé at Blenheim Palace in the United Kingdom until September 5.
The all-electric hypercar makes its official UK debut at the Oxfordshire automotive event known for its luxury performance cars, among more than 100 vehicles on display.
Designed, developed and manufactured in Barcelona, the Hispano Suiza Carmen is the latest in a relaunch of the brand at the 2019 Geneva Motor Show where the family brand founder’s son Miguel Suqué Mateu unveiled the fully electric Carmen.
In 2020, Hispano Suiza presented the Carmen Boulogne, an evolution of the Carmen with 820kW of power, 290km/h top speed and a zero to 100km/h acceleration of under 2.6 seconds.
Clients can choose from 1904 ways to personalise their dream car, choosing interior and exterior details, with Hispano Suiza producing just 19 units of the Carmen and five of the Carmen Boulogne, each taking about seven months to build and reportedly costing about US$2 million.
