MG Motor NZ releases new drive-away pricing
MG Motor New Zealand has unveiled a new drive-away pricing initiative, which means that the advertised price is the final price as there are no add-ons or separate ‘on-road costs’ to pay.
The MG3 Core becomes New Zealand’s most-affordable new car at $19,490 drive away, and the all-electric ZS EV Essence SUV is now $41,365 ($49,990 drive away minus $8625 Clean Car Discount).
The drive away pricing is complemented by a new seven-year warranty, roadside assistance, and warrant of fitness package available on all new MG vehicles purchased from December 1.
“Drive-away pricing adds a new level of transparency and makes the buying process very straightforward,” MG Motor Australia and New Zealand chief executive Peter Ciao says.
“A similar programme has helped build a loyal customer base in Australia and we hope this will attract more Kiwis to the brand, especially as they know our prices are honest and fair.”
All MG vehicles will be advertised with drive-away pricing across the country, meaning the price displayed is the final price a customer will pay and is available at every one of the 14 MG dealerships around New Zealand.
