“We’d love to see it here,” Nissan New Zealand managing director John Manley says. “But that’s an overseas release and we’ve yet to have a conversation with Japan.”

The all-electric vehicle should feature the biggest update since its launch in 2010.

Nissan has been releasing a few images leading up to the official unveiling.

First, they showed the new headlights, then previewed ‘ProPilot’ in the vehicle and released the first picture of the interior.

Now there’s a fascia glimpse.

Apart from a design refresh, the company also confirms a range increase with a 60kWh battery pack allowing more than 320km on a single charge.

Current versions have a 30kWh battery pack.
