ChargeNet EV charging network still available

With COVID-19 level 4 restrictions in place for the entire country, ChargeNet NZ reminds EV owners it is considered an essential service and its team is working remotely to ensure the network’s reliability.

It is likely repairs may take slightly longer than usual, due to availability of ChargeNet’s field service providers.

“If using a public EV charging station during level 4, we ask that you follow the Ministry of Health guidelines by either wearing disposable gloves or sanitising before and after using the charging station,” ChargeNet says.

“Please also ensure your account is up to date, and as always, please check the Network Status before departing.”

Its 0800 support line will operate 24/7 for urgent faults and emergencies.
