A semi-camouflaged SsangYong J100 electric SUV prototype has been seen undergoing testing and it is expected to be launched later in 2022.

Renderings of the J100 SUV from SsangYong last year look similar to the prototype Woopa TV aired, says CarsGuide which believes the e-SUV could target the Toyota LandCruiser Prado while an electric ute version might aim for the Toyota Hilux.
“Neither all-electric model is confirmed for Australia at this stage, but a SsangYong Australia spokesperson previously told CarsGuide they are ‘on our radar’.”
That means it may also get to New Zealand.
It says fully camouflaged examples of the J100 have been seen on South Korean roads.
